Why people pay us instead of going cheaper
There are cheaper notary shops in Shanghai. We are not the bargain option. We are the option for people who cannot afford for the document to be rejected, the closing to slip, or the visa to miss its window.
US based real estate and closing experience. We speak your title company and attorney fluently.
Native English support, available on text and call from anywhere in China.
Pre flight document review on every job. We catch jurat, signature block, and witness issues before the Zoom, not after.
Free re notarization if your recipient rejects the document because of something we should have caught.

| Realistic total cost | $499 flat | $50 consular fee plus $300 to $700 in airfare and hotel plus a lost workday. Often $500 to $1,100 all in. |
