Notarize a Loan Modification Agreement Over Zoom from China
Mortgage modifications, business loan adjustments, and forbearance agreements often require notarized signatures from the borrower. We handle the live session and get the document back to the lender.
Why this is hard to DIY
- ! Lenders have hard deadlines for receiving signed and notarized modification packages.
- ! Both borrowers (e.g. spouses on a mortgage) must appear live.
