How it works
Most cases are done in 1 to 3 business days from when you message us. The only piece you do live is one Zoom session, usually under 30 minutes.
- 1You call or text us
One paragraph is enough: what document, how many signers, what you need it for, and your deadline. We reply same day.
- 2We confirm the plan
We review your draft document, confirm the right path (Zoom notarization or a different route for non notarization tasks), send you a written prep checklist, and quote the total cost including any courier or government fees. No payment yet.
- 3Pay the flat $499
One payment per document, by Wise, Stripe link, or Alipay. Covers session booking, document review, and the live Zoom notarization.
- 4Prepare your documents
Print or have the document open on screen. Do not sign anything. Notarization is only valid if signed while the notary is watching.
- 5Show up for the 30 minute Zoom
Phone, tablet, or laptop, anywhere in China with a stable internet connection. Have your unexpired US passport plus a second government issued photo ID (a US driver license is ideal). Every signer joins the same call.
- 6Sign on camera
The notary verifies your IDs, asks you to swear or affirm the contents if needed, watches you sign, then applies the digital seal. Total time is usually 20 to 30 minutes per signer.
- 7Get the notarized document
Your US recognized notarized document is delivered right after the call. Forward it to your title company, court, bank, or attorney. If your recipient requires a wet ink original, we courier one too (billed at cost).
- 8We stay on it until done
We don't close the thread until your US recipient confirms acceptance.
- ✓ Your unexpired US passport (required for every signer).
- ✓ A second government issued photo ID. A US driver license is ideal. A state ID, military ID, or US permanent resident card also works.
- ✓ Have your documents fully prepared and ready to review on screen, but do not sign anything yet. Notarization requires signing while the notary is watching.
- ✓ Confirm the exact number of signers so we can plan the session length and walk every signer through ID verification.
- ✓ Have your unexpired US passport and one other government issued photo ID in hand at the start of the call.
- ✓ Pick a well lit, quiet spot with a stable internet connection. Phone, tablet, or laptop all work.
